Hi Sarah! I use this one: https://www.kraftheinz.com/philadelphia/products/00021000612475-neufchatel-cheese-with-a-third-less-fat-than-cream-cheese. It comes in a brick and is less watery than the stuff in a tub. Hi Gemma! You’ll definitely need to increase the cake tin size if you increase the recipe. The serving size listed is for full sized (and very generous) pieces.
