I noticed this recipe is for 5 servings, I noticed I can change the serving size but not sure what the appropriate serving size would be for 1 cake?

wow! so easy and quick. using the mixer to double boil the frosting game changer. I put peppermint in mine. it's for a birthday cake with pink peppermint frosting and a chocolate ganache. mwah! chef's kiss.

This was so easy and delicious! Everyone loved it. I was VERY intimidated and worried about messing this up, but having made the recipe successfully the first time, I highly recommend it! Note – I have a stand mixer, which made it so easy to mix for 5 minutes.

I would give 5 stars, but, 1⅔ cup is too much sugar. The good thing is that the banana pudding isn’t very sweet, but the meringue is still too sweet! Otherwise, it’s beautiful! I had enough to cover s banana pudding pie and pipe into banana pudding cake.
